Following is a list of Zefina Winery premium wines, along with recommended food pairings and recipes for selected wines. Try one of our suggestions, or come up with your own dish to make your meal more than memorable.

Serience White
Smooth and silky with hints of spice, this wine is wonderful for sipping on its own, or can be enjoyed as a partner to spicy ethnic cuisine, from Japanese or Vietnamese, to Thai or Mexican.

Zinfandel
Displaying rich fruit flavors of black cherry, berry and plum, this wine can work well with a wide array of foods, including pastas, pork sausage or hearty meat entrees.

Sangiovese
Delicious dark fruit with a background of spice enables this wine to pair well with pasta topped with marinara sauce, lasagne, chicken Caesar salad or spaghetti with meatballs.

Serience Red
This blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mouvedre, Counoise is full of finesse and therefore is a nice match for foods with substance. Serve as a complement to pot roast, a thick vegetable beef soup, or a beef and broccoli recipe.
