Medium garnet in color with a huge nose of blueberries and
rich chocolate truffles. Silky texture integrated beautifully
wiht juicy, ultra-ripe strawberries, chocolate and wet basalt
- leaving your mouth salivating for more. Finishes with tart
dried cherries and bold black pepper wrapped around a very
fine tannin structure. Please decant before serving.
100% Estate - Alder Ridge Vineyard
Hand-picked and hand-sorted.
Fermented in small, open-top tanks, punched down by hand and
basket-pressed. Aged in 60% seasoned French oak and 40% seasoned
American oak for 18 months.
