Beautiful light straw color, big tropical fruit
with light perfume on the nose. Viscous
mouth feel full of starfruit, cinnamon, grapefruit,
spice, and hints of beeswax. Lengthy
finish, with touches of vanilla, chalk,
seasoned French oak, salt and brown spices.
100% Estate - Alder Ridge Vineyard
Hand picked, hand
sorted, and gently
whole cluster pressed. A short settling period
was followed by a cool fermentation in
63% stainless barrels and 37% seasoned
French Burgundy oak. Aged for 7 months
on lees, gently moved under Argon gas
once, and bottled in the spring.
